is a pre-may 86 MG, that is made in the 1940s, registered to a former FFL/SOT who has retired, but who now has a C&R license, required to file a 5320.20 to cross a state line.
I say logically no, as NFA status has nothing to do with C&R status. Others have said yes without citation or explanation. Thoughts.
